[SOLVED] What is good ergonomic setup for gaming?

Hello there i have a question
For people who play games on pc what is a good way ergonomicly to place the computer to avoid injuries
And what is a good height for the monitor if its large,?
In the internet they say its good that the top odf the monitor is at eye level but the prpblm is that the screen is big and you need to bend down alot for that

This all depends on how you sit, basically you don't want stress on your joints, adjust chair/desk/monitor/keyboard/mouse till the stress is not as much. There are no set rules. Try using wrist rests, moving chair height around. Looking down at the screen is usually better than looking up.
