What is HackTool.KMS SppExtComObJpatcher?

Hello, i did a scan of my computer using Malwarebytes and it detected SppExtComObjPatcher as one of the threats detected, and i did a bit of research and found that some people deleted it and some didnt, what is the best thing to do with the detected threat? full file path is C:\Windows\Setup\scripts\Win32\SppExtComObjPatcher and C:\Windows\Setup\scripts\x64\SppExtComObjPatcher
