What is happening to my monitor?

there is some kind of shade to the right side, in everything that's on the monitor. So everything appears very blur. I thought its cable fault and i changed it but that didn't help. I have a photo, but i don't know how to upload it to here.

try a different monitor & try present monitor on another computer to see if still does it. onboard video or videocard? if videocard do you also have onboard video?

Sorry i don't have any other PC or monitor and no service center nearby. Its on board graphics.

I would say it is the monitor that is causing that problem not the videocard.

Have you made sure that all of the cables are properly seated on both your monitor and your computer?

Yes, cables are connected well. Can this happen due to a problem (eg, rust) in the port either on the CPU or Monitor.

rust on the cpu is highly unlikely, on the monitor maybe if you spilt water on it.

Not exactly rust, i forgot the English name. Its the greenish/white thing that appears due to moisture.
