There isn't a tax charged on our site ($109 shipping to Canada), but you'll be responsible for custom/duty fees when it arrives in Canada and those vary.

So if buy a desktop and I pay for everything and the ups comes and gives me my desktop , will I have to pay for shipping again or will I get my desktop?

You'll likely have to pay some sort of duties/custom fees - http://dri.ibuypower.com/tm.aspx?m=92884 - depending on your region. You'll only have to pay shipping once, but to receive your desktop, fees will be involved from your customs department.
