My one runs on stock at 3.2ghz on 1.78volt and i would like to oc it to 3.7ghz

1.78V is much too high for vcore and is not safe. 1.35V is more ideal, but not all CPU can run OC'd at that voltage. Max safe daily voltage is 1.45V for Ryzen CPUs.

sorry i mistyped it was 1.12volt but again what is the ideal volt for a ryzen 5 1600 @3.7ghz

Every CPU is different and requires different amounts of voltage. I'd say between 1.2-1.35V. You have to test it yourself to find out the lowest stable voltage for a given frequency.

Tanx nd bdw is it weird for a ryzen 5 1600 to run at 0.78 volt on stock settings(like at 3.2ghz)

If it is idle with no load then low voltage is expected.
