My MOBO is ASRock B75M-DGS. After Windows 7 got installed, I inserted the Motherboard Drivers Installation disc. it showed Drivers Installation options like 'INF Driver', 'ME Driver' etc.
I was watching a tutorial video of Installation/customization of Windows 7. At the Drivers Installation part, the person in the video said to download 'INF Driver'. When I heard that, I went to click 'INF Driver' on my computer and the installation of this one driver starts. After it was done, I restarted the computer.
When the computer has restarted, I went back to the tutorial and the person said to install only the Drivers that is needed. I went back to the Driver Installation and checked the boxes of the drivers that I need. I LEFT THE 'INF Driver' box UNCHECKED because I had installed it earlier. After all the drivers are installed, I restarted the computer.
BUT the thing I am afraid is that the 'INF Driver' might not installed. As I might have
miss-clicked another driver and installed that instead of the supposed 'INF Driver'.
So my question(s) is/are: How do I check if the 'INF Driver' is installed? (By going to System Drivers under System Information?)
What is the 'INF Driver' for?
ALSO, when I was watching a YouTube video, the video stopped and the screen turned to black and a buzzing sound can be heard. The Power LED button is still lit up. Does this have something to do with the 'INF Driver' ?
