1. If choice is being determined by what manufacturer claims on its web site, well all I can say is, in many cases, these generally bear little resemblance to test results. Unfortunately few testers provide any measurements so its really hard to judge. More DPI generally means higher performance but again , these of oft inaccurate especially on lesser know brands.
