What is Integrated AMD Radeon R7 Series Graphics

I was going to buy this gaming computer that had good specs. Only problem was I don't know if Integrated AMD Radeon R7 Series Graphics is any good. Wanna run games like Far cry and Titanfall but don't need to max them out. Maybe medium settings? THANKS!

The processor is an APU [ accelerated processing unit ] that includes quite strong graphics .
Not strong enough to game well unless your monitor resolution is very low .
And its an older model too

It may still be reasonable value but without a list of hardware and the price being asked that is impossible to access
