What is JOBD backup capability?

I'm looking at backup enclosures. Some are listed as JOBD capable. What does that mean?

JBOD = Just a Bunch Of Disks. Basically, this is a collection of multiple hard drives of various sizes and types, which are NOT in RAID. Thus they do not provide redundancy nor any performance improvements. ALso, failure of a single drive destroys the entire logical volume.

I actually found it after I posted, realizing I'd misspelled it JOBD not JBOD.
btw, for future, if I've made a post here, and then decide I just want to remove it, is there any way to do that?
