What is max temps from a fx 8300?

On amds website it say that max temp for a fx 8300 is 70.5 degress and i wonder why, since all say stay under 61 degress with a fx 83.. and you will be fine.

Max safe temp is 62C.

Yes and an Intel can hit 95c. Problem is what temps are ok without doing lots of damage? Its just like with voltage. Sure you can run that FX-8300 at 1.5v but its not going to last long at all. The 61c is a number that ensures a reasonable long use without extreme undue damage.

The FX architecture is much more temperature adverse than any recent Intel arch. Going over 62C with any regularity will damage the chip.

That's core temp by the way. The 70C thing you see is for socket temp but it's not safe to go by that based on where the temp sensor is on an FX CPU. Always use core temps.
