Question What is More Important ? Video Card or CPU for Video Editing?

Hello I have a friend who is looking for a laptop for video editing. He can either get a lower CPU with a better GPU or a better CPU with integrated GPU. His main use is video editing. WHat should be the priority part. CPU or GPU?

Unless their tools specifically can use the GPU for a significant portion of their work, CPU. The more cores the better as well.
