What is MOS_HS on my Gigabyte motherboard?

I have GA-Z170X-UD5 and I do not know what is the white 4-pin connector based above the cpu_fan connector on motherboard. It looks like simple sys or cpu fan connector but marked as MOS_HS. What does MOS_HS means? Thanks.

I would think you could connect a system fan to it, but it will likely be speed-controlled by the cooling demands of the MOSFETs.
