What is MSI Game Boost?

So I was taking a look in my motherboard's BIOS when I suddenly found a button that said gameboost. It is turned off by default, I got curious so I wanted to turn it on, but at the same time I was scared because I'm afraid that I'll break something, so I didn't turn it on. Can somebody tell me what this feature does? I know it will improve your framerate, but that's too obvious are there any other pros??? Can somebody explain further? Last question, should I turn it on??

It auto ocs. I'd suggest if you want to oc to do it yourself. You can read a review on it and it was throwing up errors in prime (meaning an unstable oc) when they enabled it on a different mobo. None of the auto oc on any mobo really do a good job.
