what is my Bottleneck?

here is my build
i have $500 to upgrade it and would like to know what my bottle neck is so i can get the best upgrades for the best performance boost. any suggested upgrade builds can be liked using pc part picker and ill check them out. thanks in advance for all that help and sorry if this is in the Wrong section wasn't sure were to post it
 
Solution
First of all, do not put that power supply anywhere near your PC. It will catch fire even before you turn it on. The build could be a little more efficient, so I have modified it a little to your budget of $500. CPU I upgraded along with motherboard. The RAM i changed to 2 sticks of 4GB to take advantage of dual channel memory. Graphics card is a hella lot faster and the PSU will treat you well.
