What is my isp username and password

dear friends, when i plug in my Linecable (DSL) in my laptop its shows unidentifiy access ( no access available) and ask me to type my isp username and the password. and the person from where i got connection he also don't know about it. what i can do now???

Call the ISP help desk.

Yeah like phill stated call the isp help desk not that hard im sure you can find the number on your monthly internet bill.
