What is my PC worth

I've had my PC for about 2-3 years and I'm looking to upgrade. I want to make sure that I'm selling it for a fair price, here are the specs:

Case: Rosewill Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case Cases THOR V2 Black
Motherboard: 970 GAMING (MS-7693)
CPU: AMD FX 8350 4.0 Ghz 8 Core
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H60
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit
Video Card: GeForce GTX 960
Power Supply: 650W (Not exactly sure what brand)

I originally thought maybe $350 would be fair but I'm thinking that's a bit too low for the hardware since the PC is only a couple years old. Any feedback is appreciated!

While you have a great graphics card, the FX 8350 is the killing point. I was going to suggest around $325 for your system.
