What is needed?

For a good YouTube (recording and gaming at max settings) PC, what are some parts I should "upgrade"... Is a 16GB RAM good enough? Is the ASUS Graphics Cards STRIX 960 2GB graphics card god enough? Is the AMD FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition good enogh for my purposes?

Please respond. I need help!

FX 8320E or FX 8350 would be better. 16GB of RAM will do. Although I think, it may be an overkill. That Graphic card is a mid level card. You can play all of the games in a mid-high settings. But depends on the monitor you use though. But better go with a GTX 970 or 980.
