I see this value always at max when I play games, and apparently it's not a good thing? I have 16GB of Ram.

"apparently it's not a good thing?"
It's fine and part of normal computer operations.

Tell whoever told you that it's not a good thing that I said they don't know what they are talking about.

The data that is stored in the pagefile is rarely accessed according to your PC usage. That rarely access data is sitting on your hard drive instead of in your ram. But this is the same for pretty much ALL windows computers unless you get LOTS of ram and turn off the pagefile but then you could run into memory errors if windows wants more memory and it's not available.

Right now 16GB is in my pagefile size. But my system isn't even using the currently available RAM. (Currently only using 3.2GB out of 16GB)

Ok cool, thanks! So nothing is off on the chart? People told me that the stats are way off and my pagefile usage shouldn't be so high.

Post a picture of your Resource Monitor for your system's memory. A high number of Hard Faults/sec would indicate that your system has an insufficient amount of physical memory. If you see a huge amount of memory being allocated to the Hardware Reserved portion then check to see if your motherboard is using an old BIOS version (you may need to update to the latest BIOS version).

Ok! here it is.
Seems to me that everything is pretty similar to yours though I do sometimes get a big but quick spike in hard faults/sec
My bios version is from 05/2016, never really thought about updating it since I built the PC around that time.

Ok great! Thanks for your answers!
