these r my pc specs and user benchmark remark:
UserBenchmarks: Game 31%, Desk 49%, Work 28%
CPU: Intel Core i5-6402P - 60.1%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050-Ti - 29.2%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB - 53.5%
HDD: Hitachi HDS721616PLA320 160GB - 25.1%
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 C14 1x8GB - 41%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2-CF

As seen it is showing poor performance in graphic card just 29.2
is this right performance for gtx 1050 ti and these balanced specs?
if not what is reason and what should i do???

Your processor is approximatelly 4 years old now....4 generations old. Your processor is also only a mid-line I5.
Your GPU architecture is 4 years...

Your GPU architecture is 4 years old, 2 generations old. It is also a mid-line GPU.
Your HDDs's are obsolete, compared to newer SSD drives.
Your RAM is single channel (As stated before), and that hurts. Also, it is only 2133, where you could get better performance from DDR4-2400.
Your motherboard is a basic version of its line, no special aspects.

With all this, you are running a modern benchmark to test your system. Your computer specs probably aren't set up for running benchmarks, either. I would expect the results you have gotten.
