What is recommended power supply for a Radeon hd 5670?

Hi,
Today I managed to upgrade from hd 5450, which is really bad for games, to something more powerful like 5670. The problem is that my psu is Spire OEM ATX 500w E1, which is probably chinese and I'm not sure if the gpu will work, because power consumption is around 60w,or a little bit less than that. If not, please say what should my next power supply be.My pc specs:

Intel celeron g530 @ 2.4ghz
Gigabyte ga h61m s2pv
4gb ram
500gb hdd
Spire oem atx 500w e1
Msi radeon hd 5450
