Windows 10 are installed on my C drive. On my D drive this logs folder pops up and when I open those logs in notepad they say stuff about "Mobile PC SDK". What is that and do I need it? I'd like to delete it cuz it pops up just between all my other organized folders on the D drive and it's cramping my style...

do you run VStudio? It is part of it - https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/what-is-windows-mobile-5-0-pocket-pc-sdk-msi.238133/

Hm, not that I know. I did try out some new software for music and video editing, could be that it has something to do with that. The only studios I know that I'm using are the C++ Redistributables (for games and emulators).

How about I copy that whole folder to an external HDD and then delete it from the D drive? I really don't think that it's something important. Btw, have a look:

I edited all the numbers to 0 in case that it's some privacy information.

have a look at the step here under Process Explorer and see if it can tell you what uses the folder

shame its not win 11, seems there is a tool built in that can do similar - https://www.minitool.com/news/find-out-which-processes-are-using-the-file-windows-11.html
Cool, I'll have a look at it, tnx! And don't say "shame that it's not win11". I absolutely hate what they did with win11 and am sticking to win10 for as long as I can 😂
