what is "shell" on startup?

i dont even know how i got this. i didnt even download anything. its just called "shell" on my startup in task manager and it has no publisher so i dont know what made it. i cant even seem to find the location of the file. ive searched and even right clicked on shell experience host and located file but idk if this is the "shell" program for sure because it does not say expreience host after it

nope it was just plain "shell". i got really bad OCD over these things so i cured it by resetting my pc.
