What is slowing down my PC at startup?

It seems ever since I uninstalled Photoshop CS5, my computer takes ages to bootup, I can still achieve 60-70fps on ARMA 2 max graphics and everything, but my boot up takes ages! I got this computer 3 months ago and the start up was very speedy up until I removed CS5. I've defragged my hard disk, scanned for viruses, stopped startup programs... (there's only about 8 of them anyway) I just have no idea what to do.

Solution
Let's do some basics:

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including OPTIONAL except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.

Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update

Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVIRA, AVG, Comodo or Panda and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials.
Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste...

You want to try this:
-first click start then under run type msconfig
-in msconfig, click startup tab then click disable all(you can enable programs later but for the sake of troubleshooting just disable all)
-under processes tab, tick the box that says hide microsoft services then disable all
-restart then update if issue resolved

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temps

Open Computer, Can Air dust out the bunnies and use paint brush on the vents, coolers, fans, etc.

Go through and provide a response on each point, don't SKIP IT because "I ALREADY DID IT" , just try doing it again as of THIS post so we know NOW what is happening as compared to BEFORE you posted.

Solution

Well actually I'm fairly sure disabling all the startup stuff would break my computer...

Though it's really helpful of you I'd rather not download 8 different softwares, thanks but no thanks, I think I'll just put up with the slow loading times but I'm sure somebody else will adhere to your advice, I did a full system scan with AVIRA and nothing came up as a virus. Thanks anyway, I think I'll just get an expert to have a look at my computer and try and find what's up. Thanks anyway!
