What is stij.exe?

Lately my computer has started to work a lot. I have located the guilty program to be stij.exe, which is located under system32. I have researched a bit myself, but I have not been able to find much about it.
Anyone, who can tell me if stij.exe is dangerous for my PC in any way. And if I should remove it, which programs would you recommend to do so?

This seems to be a good overview of the problem. Although I dont really trust these removal tool-online scan things, so I wouldnt advise those. Get a good and trusted anti virus pack
