i am a 3d animation student please tell me what is agood configuration for autodesk maya rendering

Amd and intel is good for autudesk maya but that need vga professional like Nvidia fx quadro or amd firepro .. That's vga important for autodesk.
I7990x + nvidia quadro
or phenom II 1090T / next month Bulldozer 8core + amd firepro
