What is SYSTEM (Z) That has appeared on my PC?

A new Drive (I think thats the name for these things) called SYSTEM (Z has appeared this morning on my PC. It does not allow me to access it. Below is a screenshot

I have not installed anything recently, virus sweeps come back negative, the PC is behaving normally as far as I can tell. Should I be worried about this?

I rely on my PC for everything so I can't risk having it cease to function.

It is probably a system recovery drive partition, check it out in Disk managment to get more details.

I would totally agree with 010010. You need to provide a screenshot of Disk Management. Just upload the picture to an image hosting website and post the link.

How many physical drive do you have in your system?

I don't really think you should be worried. Yet, it is always a good idea to back up the important data stored on the drive.
