what is the 20 pin cable/ plug in the Phantom computer case?

I am installing a motherboard in an NZXT Phantom computer case. The case has a small 20 pin connector, which is blue-tipped, and I don't know what to plug it into.

It's a usb 3.0 header. You can only plug it into your motherboard if it supports usb 3.

Maybe front USB ports?
