You can record your screen using the Game Bar feature. Tap Win+G and it should bring up a bar, next hit Win+Alt+R and the record function should start capturing what you see on the screen.

I did try this but my system is not up to the minimum requirements...
Any other alternatives with lower requirements?

"Screen recording" is not a light-usage process - a lot of CPU, RAM and file space is taken. For one-off recording, just find a better system to do it.

For one-time: Get a tripod, put your phone on it, record.

Some free software you can try, but they are usually very hard to operate. Some paid ones are very expensive. We don't want to buy it. I got a free paid one called recmaster. You can get and try it. There are many free giveaway of the recorder.
