what is the best 1440p monitor with G-sync?

I want to get a 1440p monitor that has g-sync and isn't a piece of poo, here are my specs http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Hq9xJx I heard that the asus ROG PG278Q Black 27" 1ms has pretty bad quality control, and if possible i would like a IPS panel. Thanks.

I'm interested in the results of this thread, im in the market for a 1440p G-sync monitor my self (IPS or equivalent) so i'm mostly just going to watch this thread. but i wanted to mention your PC Part Picker links a generic and is not returning your parts list. you want to use the one that looks like this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7BMLxr which is located at the top of your parts list to the left labeled as "Permalink".

Only the acer is IPS like right now in less you want to wait for some even more expensive ultra wides.
