What is the best 1440p monitor???!!?!

I'm putting together a build i5 4690k, going to buy a 980ti, and I want to run games at 1440p Ultra maxed out but I don't have a DAMN clue about which monitor to get!!! Please help! There's the cheaper Acer K272HULbmiidp,
or the popular Asus PB258Q, or even the BenQ GW2765HT.!! I have to have a IPS panel with as low of a response time as possible while being a Ford able and I want it this set up for #1 gaming, #2 watch movies and stream videos. Thoughts?!?

If you can afford it I would try the new Asus 1440p IPS 144hz monitor.
