Assuming you are using 1080p, the following cards will do well with an i5-4590:

then you can even use cards like with this with semi-bottlenecking in CPU demanding games. But do realize games are becoming more and more CPU dependent and some games these GPUs would be a waste of unused GPU power.

That CPU that I am using is not exactly "Older" because it can run most modern games at medium-high settings 60 fps, Also I have a 500W PSU

What's the exact 500W PSU? The reported output doesn't tell us how much of that is +12V power or the quality of the power supply, for which there is a significant variability.

I want to use the GPU for games like star citizen and cyber punk 2077 and GTA V medium graphic settings 1080p resolution, my CPU meets their medium requirements, Also I don't know anything about my PSU but it is 500W because when I opened my PC case I only found a sticker on it that says: 500W Power supply.

By itself, "500watts" is a useless number.
There are good ones and bad ones.

All powered by a "4 cylinder engine". Same number of cylinders, but all completely different.

We'd to know the exact PSU. But having only a sticker that says "500W"...leads to it being absolute crap.
