Question What is the best $400 gaming pc build?

What components shall I get with a £400 pc build?
Is there a way to add in a discrete GPU with a few sacrifices?
I'm thinking of getting an asus prime b450m-a because it supports aura sync and is around £70. All the other cheaper B450 motherboards are mostly asrock and hardly any rgb cases support the asrock Polychrome RGB. Do you know any future deals? I live in the UK so can't get the ryzen 5 1600 AF. In the UK the ryzen 5 1600 AF is nearly the cost of a 2600 not much difference just a few pounds. Do you know any bronze PSU around £45. Or like if there's a deal or will be a deal that will make EVGA 500w bronze like £45. I'm thinking of getting the corsair spec delta rgb case because right now it's like £43. Also is there any cheap RAM around 3000MHZ around the price £60 less than £70. I really want to try fit in an rx570. Is there a way to fit in a rx570?

That's pretty barebones. You're not going to subtract £80 without sacrificing the GPU.

How about using Google Stadia or NVidia Geforce Now. They would be better options than a $400 PC.
