What is the best 550w PSU for 30 EUR on the used market

my specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom​ II X4 960​T
GPU: MSI - GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR
PSU: ?
MoBo: Gigabyte - GA-970A-UD3P
RAM: Corsair - XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 + 4GB DDR3-1333 (no-Name)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Shuriken
HDD: 1TB

my suggestions were the BE Quiet BQT E5-550W , a Corsair VX550W or a COUGAR PowerX 550W. Could you tell me if these are good/bad and which other PSU's there are for 30 EUR

Corsair VX550W is an older model , but a very good one.
