What is the best 7970 for overclocking?

Which vendor will have the best overclocking capabilities to maybe surpass a 680/770?

Asus and MSI have usually overclocked well.

Personally I have found Sapphire to have the best AMD/ATI cards. I have been using them for several years and have gone from the HD 3850(AGP) all the way up to the HD 7970 and every one of them are still running in systems today.

Like bryonhawley said sapphire is good the hd7970 vapor-x with boost should be pretty good.
