What is the best 970 model for my needs?

My current setup: i5 3570k @ 4.5Ghz, Corsair CX600w PSU, Zalman Z11 Case

I have a 1920x1080 144hz monitor and a second 1920x1080 60hz monitor

I need a card that is smaller than 290mm so it will fit in my case. I want a card with some overclocking potential and I am not sure if reference cards with blower style fans will have adequate cooling. I have no plans for SLI.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks
