What is the best broadband prepaid usb stick offer?

So i am in New Zealand and going to University and they only allow their internet so do not allow the installation of other routers or ISP so i thought because my residence is only offering 3gb for a certain amount of time that I would try one of those USB sticks that you plug into your PC and run your internet off that, but I can only find plans that have 2gb and thats it.....Is there one that has at least 30gb ? Or am i dreaming?

2 degrees will sell you 10GB for $99, and you can buy multiple. Vodafone has 4G though, so you might want to go with them.

I'd suggest buying the plan separate from the physical stick, or using your cellphone as a hotspot.
