What is the best budget z170 or h170 motherboard?

Im building my first pc and planning on getting an intel core i5 6600k and I need a motherboard around a 100-125$ price tag. I was thinking about the gigbyte z170 hd3p, but I read reviews about it being unreliable. Is it, and if so what is the best lga 1151 socket motherboard for the price range?
