Question what is the best case for my e-atx setup?

I have the following setup :-
-Motherboard= gigabyte x99 gaming 5p (e-atx 12x10.4)
-Cpu=intel core i7 5930k
-Cpu cooler= noctua nh-d15s
-Gpu=Evga Rtx 2080 ftw3

lately i decided to buy cooler master H500m case but it is not available right now in my country and i don't know if it is a good or bad choice.

i got really confused and tired searching for best possible case for my setup considering my budget 280$
the things that i really care about in the case
-Cpu and Gpu cooling (i'm very Obsessed about that and i want the best possible cooling i mean without adding extra fans )
-Cable management
-Size of the case (i don't want bulky case)

Moreover, not all brands are available in my country and the shipping fees are very high if i want to order from amazon or ebay.
The available brands are the following:-
-Cooler Master -Corsair -Nzxt -Deepcool -Silverstone(very few cases)

Deepcool Matrexx 55 is cheap but if you like fancy rgb fans get the matrexx 55 add -rgb 3f version.
CM H500P typically is available in different colors front fans.
