What is the best compatible graphics card for a Dell Optiplex 990 sff flagship

I'm trying to buy a good graphics card for my Dell Optiplex 990 sff but want something compatible with it. If anyone has any suggestions that would be really helpful.

A low profile GTX1050Ti can run off of the PCIe 16x slot. The PSU may seem small but that's because of the 95W CPU limit, and few expansion slots and bays to power in the SFF.
