The budget would include two monitors and I really want a hex core i7 if possible. The Price will not include keyboard, mouse and OS.

Thank you.

It most definetely would, if you really want an i7, i'd recommend the a 4790k over the unjustifiably overpriced hexa core i7s and have the money, then why not:

But it is i5 processor so would it not be worse? And sorry, I am a noob with building PC's :p

For the purposes of gaming, there would be no gaming performance advantage from the i7 over the i5. However the upgrade from the 980 to the 980 Ti would give a fantastic gaming performance increase.

The i5- 4690k is one of the most powerful processors you can buy

Are you going to overclock? If not you can save quite a lot by not choosing 'K' suffix processors and 'Z' suffix motherboards.
Your original system has 32Gb of memory, 16Gb is more than enough.
Unless you like Blu-Ray movies you can shave a little off the cost with a cheaper DVD drive, although the higher capacity of Blu-Ray for backup and archiving might be useful if you're using the system professionally.
Going 6 core Intel is a waste for gaming, the cheaper 4 core i7s or i5s do nearly as well in games, but if you're going to use the system for applications that demand masses of CPU power the big hex core parts are the way to go.
The system linked by ps3hacher12 is a massively powerful gaming rig, that GTX980Ti/i5 4690K combo is a real game killer...Wish my pension payout would turn up so I can afford it. ;)

I also use the pc for accounts and spreadsheets for my part time job. I would prefer the i7 hex core and as there is only 100 pounds difference I would prefer the i7 processor.

Would this be a good enough pc to play competitive e sports such as csgo? And I will be using this for Blu-Ray movies as well.

Also, just a note to everyone who is interested in gaming, I already have a quad core i7 macbook pro. Its clock speed is 2.2 and I bought this for 1300 pounds. The only reason I want a pc is because a) Mac is absolutely RUBBISH at playing steam games such as csgo and b) a pc would let me upgrade parts as well. NEVER BUY A MAC FOR GAMES!!!
