A lot would depend on how much clearance you have in your case above and around the motherboard and cpu socket. Also how much clearance you have around your ram modules and if you 're going to have something in the slot nearest the cpu. Many people prefer the Noctua.at coolers; I use the D15 and C14S models myself, but they're above your budget. So I would say the largest Noctua cooler you can get within your budget.
