I want to change my current CPU. My motherbord is an ASRock N68-S, here you can find the specification of the motherboard: http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-S/
What is the best CPU available fo my motherboard?

Solution
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T - HDT55TWFK6DGR is the best hexacore CPU that motherboard Supports.
AMD Phenom II X4 840 - HDX840WFK42GM is the best quadcore CPU that motherboard Supports.

I'd recommend the 1055T, but make sure you have the most up to date BIOS.

For Refernece, ASRock CPU Support List for your Motherboard.

Which is better, Phenom II x6 or Athlon II x4 and how can i check or update the BIOS? Sorry for my ignorance.

EDIT: I found out my BIOS is P2.10. From this table http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-S/?cat=CPU looks like there is no higher number available but i wanted to ask if i choose to buy for example Athlon II x4 which in that list BIOS's is P2.0 is there any problem?

The x6 has 6 processor cores vs. 4 processor cores with the x4, I'd recommend the x6.
The user manual is located here, i recommend you read it. http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-S/?cat=Manual

The procedure for checking your BIOS is different with every motherboard. I recommend you first read the manual I linked you to and then read this article

I used the third party CPUID to find out that my BIOS is P2.10 but i got one last question and would appreciate a lot if you would answer that too. If i choose a CPU that in this list http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-S/?cat=CPU BIOS's is lower than P2.10 is there any problem? Or i have to get only the ones that BIOS's is same as my motherboard?
