Hi, I have a core i7-10700K CPU.
My Current CPU cooler is: NZXT Kraken 2021 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler with Aer P120
It's not doing an amazing job.
Yesterday, I was doing multiple tasks and also recording a video.
My CPU was at 40% use and the CPU cooler was at it's 100% capability and the temperature was around 60 deg.
So, I am looking for a better CPU cooler.
Currently, I am looking at Corsair ICUE H100i Elite Capellix.
So, please suggest to me some CPU coolers for my build.

PC Specs:
Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Pro Ax Motherboard
Intel Core i7-10700K
G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB*2 DDD4 3200 Mhz
Case: Gigabyte C200

Solution
The CPU will throttle down if temps get to high...up near 100 I think.

CPUs are designed to run at 100 percent indefinitely. They are VERY tough.

Other components, not as much.

Run a stress test like Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. See how high temps get when the CPU is under an extreme load. You'll learn something.

Laptops typically run much hotter than desktops and don't break down instantly.

You are worrying unnecessarily, but can't help it. Change coolers if you will sleep better.

Budget for the cooler?

What cooler brands are available at your location?

Do you insist on liquid cooling?

60 degrees wouldn't bother me at all, but you may be highly sensitive to temps.

Deepcool, corsair, Thermaltake, NZXT are available locally. But Asus, Coolermaster, and gigabyte are also available but have low options.
Sorry, I overthink everything in my life 😢. I feel like the temp should be lower considering the CPU usage percentage.

You and me both. I regret to inform you that the disease cannot be treated. Thinking isn't all it's cracked up to be.

From the brands you listed, I assume air cooling is NOT an option.

If you are obsessed with temperatures, I see 360mm in your future. Possibly in a new case if necessary to fit.

I can't help you any further.

I will also upgrade the case but not right now.
I might get Corsair ICUE 4000X in the future.
So, if I upgrade my case too then which CPU cooler should I get?
and one more info: will my CPU be okay with the current CPU cooler. Like if I use nearly 60-80% of the CPU, will it have any bad effect on it?
I am new to this PC build, still learning and trying to figure out things.

Thanks, Bro. I will do a test and see what happens.

You are overthinking this.
60c. under your workload is outstanding.
The cpu monitors it's own temperature and will slow down or turn off if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That is around 100c.

Start up hwmonitor.
Run a simple cpu-z stress test.
If no core reaches 100c. you are good. Nothing has throttled.
If a couple of cores reach 100c. and the test keeps running, even better.
Then you would know not to worry about any load.
