i thought about Zalman's 9700
or thermalright ultra somthing 120 extreem

Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, make sure to get a good fan, something like a Scythe S-Flex or a Panaflo.

Generally, Scythe fans are better performers at lower noise levels that Thermaltake fans. You might want to do some comparison shopping before you make your decision.
