Hi, I have a $250-$270 budget on a cpu, mobo, and ram. What will be the best cpu for my budget? I personally don't care if the mobo isn't great because we all know it doesn't effect fps. Should I go amd or intel? I think majority would say intel, but I don't know. I was thinking about a 8320e and overclocking it with a water cooler. I have an r9 270x with a 700 watt PSU. I'm looking to play bf4. Thanks in advance
