[SOLVED] What is the best desktop computer I can get at IBUYPOWER for around $1200?

I mainly only online game primarily playing LOL which I know isn't very taxing on your rig, but it's definitely time to upgrade my current rig. I don't know enough about computers to know if I need things such as "professional wiring" or which type of liquid cooling I need etc. Any and all help would be much appreciated!
