Man, I asked to know if somebody could tell me the best emulator in fact of performance on Win10. I know I could very well download all the existing emulators and test them, but it takes much longer.

Nowhere in your post did you mention your PC specs, nor exactly what you want to emulate. So based upon ALL of the information you provided, you can probably emulate a Commodore VIC 20 at maximum FPS.

This is one of those things you just have to test for yourself. How many people in this community do you think need to know this? You’re probably the only one

• CPU: i7-9750h
• GPU: GTX 1650
• RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2666MHz
• HDD 1 TB Seagate
• SSD 128 GB Kingston

Mandark's reply above is perfect. Depending on what you want to emulate, which we still do not know so my VIC 20 response is still valid , You are going to have to test on your own. Emulators are such picky beasts.

Depends on what you want to emulate, and how accurately you want to emulate it. Without specifics, we can't help given the couple thousand different emulators out there.
