what is the best frequency and voltage for i7 6700k that isn't very good at overclocking

i didn't get a very good overclocking cpu i have an i7 6700k and 4.5ghz at 1.35v is about as high as i can go before i blue screen i wanted to know what settings someone who knows more about this than me would use in this situation

depends what cooler you are using

and how far you want to go with voltage

though 4.5ghz may be as far as it will go if its a bad overclocker
