LC-8600BTX is the power supply's model, not sure how old it is

i know my pc is kinda not that good for gaming mostly for today's game, but i wanna play games as long as it is fine with an fps around 60 or higher if possible ( below but lil' bit near 60 would be ok i guess), with a setting of medium or near max if possible, not kinda sure what games to play but considering fortnite (which i never played tho i'm not sure if my pc can even handle) or consider the biggest game you think my pc can have handle, what would be the best graphics card considering an option of medium settings with a good fps with that said biggest game

my RAM is 6 btw

yup windows 10, considering the said best game my pc can play, its ok if it meets low settings my resolution is 1280 x 1024 it is, but changing the resolution in game in low is ok and nvm the budged

Since your CPU is ten years old, you won't want to purchase a graphics card that will be too powerful, since it will be underutilized by that processor.

If used, a Nvidia GTX 750 TI, is an option.
If new, a Nvidia GT 1030 GDDR5 (!NOT DDR4), or AMD RX 560

Fortnite will probably be a borderline experience, but it is, what it is. If you have a budget to upgrade your platform (CPU / motherboard / RAM) then I recommend you do so. But otherwise, any modern low-powered GPU should allow you to have a "functional" experience gaming. I recommend that you search your athlon ii x2 260 into YouTube. Take a mental note of which graphics card those reviewers are pairing with your CPU and then pay attention to the game playing experience shown in the video (below):

Purchasing computer parts online? Sure. I do it in the US all the time. Although I have friends who live in the Philippines, and some of them purchase from local computer stores. If you happen to live there, I realize that it might be a difficult time to purchase due to the current lockdown.

Your budget is relevant because a cpu / motherboard / ram. By the way: When you are ready to upgrade to a new GPU, I noticed that you may need to buy a new PSU.
