Get a ryzen 2600, get the ssd , ram, msi board is nice it all looks good, but not the 1050ti over a 570. 570 get as much as 50% better performance.

Almost the same exact price. A 570 is basically a 1060 3gb that is slightly slower, it's like 10% on avg. Please look at reviews comparing the 2, you can spend like 20% more on a far superior gpu that can handle 60fps 1080p gaming which the 1050ti really can't unless you turn it down a bit.
570 was the best value when it came out you could find them for like 150$ u.s and went toe to toe with 200+$ 1060s and rx 480s. It's basically a poor man's 580 or 1060. Even if you plan to jump to like a 2070 in a year it's still not worth it based on how little extra you pay vs the performance you gain
It's not urgent, but you will want a cooler unless you don't mind the gpu running at 71c+ often while gaming. Decent cooler will keep it in the 50s during heavy load. It would be fine till you can afford it but you may want to within 3 months or so
